This form is intended for a school faculty/staff member or community organization requesting a group visit for 10–50 high school or transfer students. If you are a student, or if you have a group of nine or fewer, please schedule a campus visit.
We do not offer guided group visits for elementary or middle school groups. If you are interested in bringing your group of elementary or middle school students to campus, you can register for a self-guided tour.
Fall 2026 From September 1, 2026 until December 4, 2026 group visits will be offered daily at 10 AM and 12 PM. Requests will be accommodated on a space available basis and they must be submitted at least 10 days in advance of the requested visit. Please note, any short notice group visit requests may not be accommodated. Please email groupvisit@usfca.edu with any special requests or accommodations. We will respond to all visit requests within three business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot host group visits on weekends, holidays, or the following dates:
We can accommodate groups from 10 to 50. If your group has more than 50 students, booking will be on a space-available basis. If your group is less than 10, you will not qualify for a group visit.
