This form is intended for a school faculty/staff member or community organization requesting a group visit for 10–50 high school or transfer students. If you are a student, or if you have a group of nine or fewer, please schedule a campus visit.
We do not offer guided group visits for elementary or middle school groups. If you are interested in bringing your group of elementary or middle school students to campus, you can register for a self-guided tour.
Summer 2026 From May 18, 2026 through August 28, 2026, group visits will be available on a limited basis. Groups may submit a group visit inquiry for consideration based on availability and campus capacity. Please note submitting a group visit inquiry does not guarantee a confirmed group visit.
You may submit a group visit inquiry at groupvisit@usfca.edu. Our team will respond to all group visit inquiries within three to five business days.
Group visits are offered during business hours only, Monday - Friday, between 8:30am - 5pm. Since group visits are approximately an hour, visits must begin and end between these hours.
Unfortunately, we cannot host group visits on weekends, holidays, or the following dates:
Group visits are available for groups of 10 to 50 students. Groups with fewer than 10 students should register for a campus visit. Unfortunately, groups larger than 50 students can not be accommodated.
