This form is intended for a school faculty/staff member or community organization requesting a group visit for 10–50 high school or transfer students. If you are a student, or if you have a group of nine or fewer, please schedule a campus visit.
We do not offer guided group visits for elementary or middle school groups. If you are interested in bringing your group of students to campus, you can register for a self-guided tour.
Summer 2025 From May 2025 until mid-August, group visits can be requested on a case-by-case basis. Please email groupvisit@usfca.edu with information about your school or organization, the number of students in your group, and the date and times you would be available to visit our campus. We will work to schedule a group visit with you based on our office capacity. We will respond to your request within 3 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot host group visits on weekends, holidays, or the following dates:
We can accommodate groups from 10 to 50. If your group has more than 50 students, booking will be on a space-available basis but may be unlikely due to our limited summer capacity. If your group is less than 10, you will not qualify for a group visit.
