Request a Group Visit

This form is intended for a school faculty/staff member requesting a group visit for 10–50 high school students or transfer students. If you are a student, or if you have a group of nine or fewer, please schedule a campus visit.

We do not offer guided group visits for elementary or middle school groups. If you are interested in bringing your group of students to campus, you can register for a self-guided tour.

Spring 2024
Monday-Friday: 10:00AM and 12:15 PM

Summer 2024
Group visits are on a space-available basis by email request only. 

Fall 2024
Availability will be posted in mid-August. 

Unfortunately, we cannot host group visits on weekends, holidays, or the following dates:

May 6-17
June 19
July 4

Choose an available date on the calendar below to request a group visit. Once you request a date, a staff member will confirm your requested date within three business days, and you'll receive an email with more information. If you have any questions, please email groupvisit@usfca.edu.
