Application Process
If you were previously enrolled at USF and want to return to complete your undergraduate degree, please start by submitting the inquiry form below.

We'll review this inquiry form and your student record, then send you instructions to create and submit a returning student application. If your application is approved, you'll be readmitted to USF. If we need any more information from you, we'll reach out.
